The Wave - Belhaven Surf Centre
‘The Wave’ was commissioned by The Belhaven Surf Centre to commemorate all the names of the individuals and organisations whose financial contributions made the centre a reality. The Belhaven Surf Centre is an exciting new building based in Dunbar, designed to serve the needs of those who enjoy surf and adventure activities together with the community (https://www.belhavensurfcentre.org/).
The Art work was made using a list of names provided by the centre and the back drop provides reference to the bridge to no-where, an iconic feature on the south end of Belhaven Beach where the centre is now located. To mark the occasion, the Surf Centre has requested some prints be available due to interest shown and it has been agreed a small limited signed edition print run of the design.
Only 45 prints of this piece (including the original large print in the centre) will be produced and it is available at 2 sizes.
65% of the price paid for each print will be donated back to the surf centre to help support and build it.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
Medium Giclee Print
Our prints are created using the giclée process on high quality art paper using lightfast inks. This process achieves beautiful results with perfect colour reproduction.
The medium image size is 390mm x 390mm not including border.
Prints are rolled in acid free tissue and shipped in sturdy postal tube.
Small Giclee Print
High quality digital art print sized 200mm x 200mm.
Prints are presented in 300mm x 300mm (12” x 12”) acid free white mounts and cello wrapped (these fit standard 12” frames).
All products are made locally in Scotland.
